What’s your favorite spot and/or time to drink?
I love pouring myself a Perfect Old Fashioned while grilling on my back porch and watching a sporting contest on the TV.
How do you live a healthy BDC lifestyle?
Basketball. I love to play with my 7-year-old son, Alex anywhere we can find a hoop.
What are some of your personal mindful, better drinking habits or guidelines you live by or try to live by?
Know your limit, and be mindful of it.

Spending a day a Churchill Downs watching the races and sipping on a Mint Julep.
What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever had a drink?
My first visit to Santiago, Chile and being introduced to a Pisco Sour.
