Founder of The Mocktail Project, enthusiast of all things mocktails
Say “Hi!” to the people.
Hey, friends! I'm Jesse, sober adventurer and founder of The Mocktail Project. Current home’s in Louisville, KY, but I love traveling and doing things in life that I never thought I could do prior to my last drink.
Anything cold and non-alcoholic.
What’s your favorite spot and/or time to drink?
In a new city with strangers.
How do you live a healthy BDC lifestyle?
Recreational sports, hikes, everything adventure, and generally living mindfully.
What are some of your personal mindful, better drinking habits or guidelines you live by or try to live by?
Describe a favorite (or not so favorite) memory that is forever tied to a specific drink or experience.
4.15.14. The last night I had a drink. Just an ordinary day that changed my life forever.
What do people never ask you that you wish they did?
Would you like to start your meal with a mocktail? It’s always beer, wine or cocktail. Never does a mocktail get mentioned from servers.

Farmers market in a new city
What do your mornings or evenings look like? Tell us about your routines and how they set you up for a positive day.

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever had a drink?
On a sail boat sailing along the Croatian Islands celebrating two years of sobriety.
In a sentence or two, why do you support and live a BDC lifestyle?
Life is short and should be spent living better, healthier, more mindful and curious.
