Alcohol should be a choice, not an expectation.

One of the biggest challenges we often face is the pressure from a friend who expects us to drink (or drink at a level we are unhappy with). Unfortunately, our society has been misguided on the notion that we need to drink (or drink a lot) in order to relax, have a good time, and bond with friends. Alcohol can certainly be a great tool for this, but it shouldn't be a requirement. Confidence and fun shouldn't be measured by standard servings, and a friendship shouldn't be determined by a choice not to drink or drink beyond our limits.
